Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Abuja with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will lead sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client accounts
- Train and mentor the sales team
- Analyze market trends to enhance performance
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Present reports and updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead identification, deal closing, and target achievement
- Excellent customer relationship management and account management abilities
- Proven client retention and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating sales reports
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Adaptability to diverse situations and market conditions

- Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics
