Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Abuja with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will lead sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client accounts
- Lead and train the sales team to optimize performance
- Analyze market trends to enhance sales performance and strategy
- Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives
- Present sales reports and performance metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead identification, deal closing, and target achievement
- Excellent customer relationship management and account management abilities
- Demonstrated ability in client retention and relationship building
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating sales reports
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Proven team management and collaborative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to diverse situations
Preferred Experience
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics
