Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales team through planning, reporting, and regular communication
- Drive revenue growth and complete sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage client relationships and negotiate sales agreements
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Leverage industry connections and dealer relationships to expand market reach
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify business opportunities
- Communicate product details and benefits effectively to clients and prospects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tiles or related building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building market and construction products
- Deep understanding of adhesives and grout products and applications
