- 1–3 years proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in property marketing, site inspections, and client closing is preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer relationship management and follow-up skills
