We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for property sales
  • Oversee client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experiencein real estate
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people-management skills
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market.
