Sales Manager - Leadway Assurance Company, Lagos

We are looking for an insurance sales Managers to be responsible for managing policy sales, sales processes , coordination of team on marketing scope and strategy, monitoring sales goals and objectives supervising advertising and presentation of products and services, Training team on product and services and development of formidable team RESPONSIBILITY:

• Setting sales objectives servicing. 

• Providing sales strategies, feedback and marketing plans

• Keeping up to date with industry developments 

• Contributing to meeting sales tergets

• Market sourcing and management 

• Responding to customers quaries

Requirements:

• Pevious insurance experience

• Previous  banking experience 

• Previous sales, marketing and customer relationship experience

• Strong leadership qualities

• Excellent interpersonal skill

• Must be pationate of providing support and motivate 

• Must be goal-driven and result oriented 

Education:  HND, BSC and it equivalence RENUMERATION :Salary is between #250, 000-300,000, allowance and override.
