## Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos, offering a great opportunity for career growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and engagement across Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited's real estate portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting estate schemes and generating qualified leads
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Conducting property tours and site visits
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets

While some tasks may be performed remotely, significant in-person meetings and site visits will be required to maintain strong customer connections and meet sales objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Service
  • Marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Time Management
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid working environment
  • Familiarity with real estate markets in Lagos, particularly the Ibeju-Lekki area (advantageous)
