## Title: Sales Executive and Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and developing strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and implement new sales plans
  • Manage both the marketing and sales team, performing managerial duties to meet company operational goals
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that identify and open new revenue channels
  • Lead organizational change to transform performance and drive results
  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Build strong relationships with relevant trade groups, professional associations, and governmental and non-governmental organizations on behalf of the company
  • Represent the company at events and trade meetings to promote its products
  • Penetrate, develop, and close prospective accounts with new customers
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams with minimal deviations
  • Define, drive, and manage the realization of quarterly and annual revenue targets and budgets
  • Present sales and marketing revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Gather market intelligence and customer information from the field to inform sales and strategic planning
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while monitoring new entrants, products, and competitive status
  • Analyze total market potential, competitor market share, and available market share for company products
  • Champion the promotion of company's new products into the market
  • Supervise the sales team and align their activities to the strategic direction of the company
  • Train the sales team by establishing programs and seminars on new services, growth opportunities, competitive strategies, and emerging sector sales
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve their goals while managing overall team performance
