## Title: Sales Executive – Soya Oil (FMCG)

Position Overview

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in FMCG sales, specifically soya oil or edible oil products. The ideal candidate will be based in Ibadan and responsible for driving sales within Oyo State and expanding distribution to other states across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and market penetration of soya oil products within Ibadan and surrounding markets
  • Develop and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retailer relationships
  • Expand sales coverage to other states through active market development
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new distributors
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and competitive pricing in assigned territories
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits and sales follow-ups
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years sales experience in FMCG, preferably in soya oil or edible oil products
  • Currently based in Ibadan or willing to relocate
  • Proven experience selling to distributors, wholesalers, and open markets
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels
  • Experience handling interstate sales (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
