Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Investment) at Rosabon Financial Services

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for collecting and preparing all materials needed to process transactions (loans and investments). This role involves reviewing loan applications, evaluating potential risks, and selling various loan products while acting as a liaison between customers and our financial institution.

Scope and Impact

The successful candidate will be tasked with selling various loan products and helping qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the financial institution, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine applicable ratios and metrics, and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information as needed
• Justify approval and rejection decisions and report on outcomes
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy according to policy
• Update account records, compute payment schedules, and process transactions on ERP systems
• Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving loan application problems
• Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans
• Develop referral networks and suggest alternate channels to accomplish quotas
• Cross-sell products and services to meet revenue targets
• Build trust relationships and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and lending compliance guidelines
• Mobilize deposits to meet set targets
• Maintain current job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
