An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job brief:
  • We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and support the company’s growth through effective marketing and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct property tours, site visits, and presentations
  • Manage client inquiries and provide professional guidance
  • Negotiate offers, payment plans, and closing terms
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
  • Promote properties through calls, social media, and field marketing
Requirements:
  • OND, HND, BSc holders
  • 0–1years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with sales targets and handle fieldwork
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing

  • Sales-driven, customer-focused, persuasive, reliable, and well-presented.
