## Title: Sales Executive – Plastics Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive – Plastics Manufacturing to drive sales growth, manage customer accounts, and expand market opportunities within the plastics sector. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the plastic industry, strong technical product understanding, and a solid track record of meeting sales targets in a manufacturing environment.

Ota, Ogun, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastics and packaging sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, product trends, and competitive activities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Management

  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, technical questions, and product specifications
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales support
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly

Reporting & Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure accurate order processing
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline activities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales within the plastic manufacturing industry (e.g., plastic injection molding, blow molding, packaging, industrial plastics, raw materials)
  • 2 - 4 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and products
