An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary:
  • The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and ensuring product availability within designated routes and outlets. The role plays a key part in driving distribution, visibility, and trade execution in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets within assigned routes.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across outlets.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in outlets.
  • Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving overall area objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in field sales.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale trade channels.
  • Ability to meet targets under pressure and manage multiple outlets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
