Sales Executive/ Marketer at Sabaplus Consultancy Services

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Sabaplus Group is hiring smart, persuasive, and result-driven Sales Executives and Marketers to join our dynamic real estate and investment team. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients

• Present and promote company products and services

• Meet sales targets and prepare weekly sales reports

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Participate in marketing campaigns, site inspections, and product presentations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in sales or marketing (real estate advantage but not compulsory)

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated

• Good knowledge of Port Harcourt real estate market is a plus
