We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas companies.
  • Present and promote technology solutions e.g. Power, Scada, Monitoring and measuring solutions, data centre solutions, network infrastructure solutions, outsourcing services.
  • Understanding IT requirements and collaborating with solution providers and OEMs, our technical solutions and Engineering units to develop solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, solutions and commercial offers, as well as work with the customer to build RFPs amongst others.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.
  • Track market trends and competitor landscape.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in IT sales preferably in oil and gas or industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of industry specific needs, technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills.
Measures for success:
  • Ability to bridge IT knowledge with customer needs
  • Ability to work with internal stake holders to deliver tailored solutions to the customers
  • Developing a healthy pipeline of opportunities or projects.
