Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team at BOGO Beverages, a leading beverage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and retail relationships, and ensuring strong market visibility across key locations in Lagos. This role requires someone with solid beverage industry experience and an excellent understanding of Lagos retail dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to increase product penetration
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategy
- Negotiate pricing, delivery, and trade terms with customers to maximize profitability
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience in the beverage or FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of the Lagos market, particularly the Ikorodu location
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive under minimal supervision
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting abilities
- Must own a car, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel within assigned territories
- Currently reside in Lagos, preferably within or near Ikorodu
