  • Drive sales across short-let apartments, luxury restaurant, spa, bar, and lounge offerings.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, walk-in customers, agents, and lifestyle partners.
  • Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings and repeat clients.
  • Promote premium services to high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
