We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to develop and grow the market for carton and flexible packaging materials.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales performance within Lagos and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new markets for carton and flexible packaging products.
  • Promote and sell products to businesses in the packaging and bread-making sectors.
  • Gather and analyze competitive market information.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Expand the company’s customer base and improve market share.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and market activity reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in cartons, flexible packaging, or related materials.
  • Preferably from industries such as Paper Selling Companies or Cormart.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Age: 25–35 years.
  • Must be confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
  • N350,000 – N450,000 net monthly, plus monthly incentives.
  • Salary is negotiable for highly qualified candidates from the same industry.
