Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth across our client's products and services.
Candidates with a technical background are highly encouraged to apply, as the role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to engage with customers on technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions (engines, generators, and aftermarket services)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to design solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in line with company policies
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in the CRM system
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the power, energy, or industrial sectors
- Strong technical background (engineering or technical sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage
What We Offer
Monthly gross salary: N560,000 – N5 (salary range incomplete in original posting)
