About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will drive property sales through strategic client relationship management, expert negotiation, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales by developing client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving set targets
- Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the related sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven real estate or related sales experience
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage client relationships with integrity and professionalism
Compensation
N250,000 monthly
