## Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will drive property sales through strategic client relationship management, expert negotiation, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive property sales by developing client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving set targets
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the related sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven real estate or related sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage client relationships with integrity and professionalism

Compensation

N250,000 monthly
