## Title: Sales Executive - Logistics & E-commerce

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to expand our B2C customer base within the e-commerce and logistics sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage existing resources and industry connections to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field sales and cold calling activities to meet sales targets, utilizing insights in the e-commerce and logistics industries
  • Conduct surveys and research to understand customer needs, expectations, and business models
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that boost company revenue
  • Identify and screen target customers, including e-commerce merchants and companies requiring logistics services
  • Understand customer business models and match them with appropriate delivery services (direct operation, distribution, e-commerce, warehousing)
  • Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and increase satisfaction through customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify potential clients and market segments aligned with logistics services through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform future sales strategies and enhance the sales process
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored logistics solutions for customers
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records, client interactions, and sales forecasts for reporting purposes
  • Travel inter-state 1-2 times per month to engage with regional clients

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
