## Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our property offerings to prospective buyers and investors while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company's real estate offerings to prospective buyers and investors
Generate new leads and convert them into clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Represent the company at networking and promotional events

Required Qualifications

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-driven and persuasive approach to sales
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
