About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new market opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify areas for growth
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market insights, and product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
