About the Role
We seek a dedicated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing new enquiries, engaging prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and converting leads into successful sales. You will also follow up on existing leads, maintain strong communication, and provide clients with accurate information about our services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Understand clients' needs and provide accurate information about visa services
- Meet monthly sales targets and track performance
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain professional communication with clients at every stage
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to increase referrals and repeat clients
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Prepare sales offers, service breakdowns, and follow-up messages
- Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback and insights
- Contribute to online and offline promotional efforts when required
Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of client conversations and sales progress
- Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager
- Update CRM/lead-tracking systems daily
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telesales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to understand and explain detailed information clearly
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to close deals
- Energetic, confident, and results-driven personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of ₦200,000 - ₦250,000 monthly plus benefits
