## Title: Sales Executive

About the Role

Fort Knox Group seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in our showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display
  • Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management

Required Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or corporate sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
