About the Role
Fort Knox Group seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in our showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display
- Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management
Required Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or corporate sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
