Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze territory and market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve performance through feedback and self-development

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets
