Sales Executive at Diya, Fatimilehin & Co

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to facilitate seamless real estate transactions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for both accelerating the sale of client properties and identifying ideal properties that meet purchaser criteria.

Your primary focus will be on generating leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and nurturing client relationships through to a successful closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up with prospective buyers and sellers
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the Firm's growth targets
• Identify new customer segments and market opportunities through in-depth research and trend analysis
• Secure exclusive sales mandates by advising clients on property valuation based on current market data and securing written instructions
• Identify, nurture, and manage relationships with potential property buyers throughout the entire sales cycle
• Provide exceptional, end-to-end customer service to all clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Match purchaser inquiries with suitable available properties and market listings to facilitate successful transactions
• Respond promptly and professionally to all property sales inquiries
• Execute targeted marketing initiatives and participate in industry events to promote listings and drive sales
• Maintain a meticulously updated and organized database of available properties, client information, and purchaser inquiries
