Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and build strong client relationships across Nigeria. This is a highly active, target-driven role, ideal for proactive, results-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across corporate organizations, SMEs, homeowners, and community networks
- Conduct market mapping, field research, and community assessments to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive activities
- Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals showcasing the company's value proposition
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and timely deal closures
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales reports and activity logs
- Provide market insights and feedback to the Sales Manager to support strategic decisions
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Represent the company at field activations, community outreach programs, exhibitions, and corporate visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in targeted sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, or sales platforms is a plus
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria for client meetings and field activities
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
