## Title: Sales Executive
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Club Concierge Africa as a Sales Executive in Lagos, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Conduct off-site promotional events and generate leads for sales opportunities
- Engage with potential customers at various venues such as airports, country clubs, malls, festivals, and community events to promote vacation ownership packages
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's vacation ownership offerings
- Collect customer contact information and input it into the company database through provided CRM tools
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from prospects
- Represent the company professionally and ethically while adhering to industry regulations and standards during all interactions with potential customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management
Required Skills and Competencies
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and deliver persuasive lead-generating pitches
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds, with the confidence to approach and engage with new contacts
- Networking Abilities: Capability to network effectively and establish connections within the local community to identify potential sales opportunities
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer experience and addressing the needs and concerns of prospects courteously and professionally
