About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented sales professionals to join us. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the cross-border payments and fintech space. Using a consultative sales approach, you will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, qualify leads, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth and market expansion for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories or market segments
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to maximize wallet share
- Lead consultative sales discussions with clients, providing tailored cross-border payment solutions to meet business needs
- Manage complex negotiations and deal closures with senior-level decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer data using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the cross-border payments and fintech ecosystem
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in cross-border payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of international payment solutions, FX products, and B2B financial technology
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse markets and industries
