  • Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and client relationship management?
  • Elan Orris Real Estate Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for a vibrant Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in LAGOS.
  • As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and helping clients find their dream properties. This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations and site inspections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after closing deals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management (real estate experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Must be tech-savvy and social media aware.
