Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of polyurethane products and solutions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must combine technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
- Promote Vitapur’s products and services to prospective and existing clients through presentations, site visits, and technical consultations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions in line with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product specifications in collaboration with the technical team.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth objectives.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and periodic reports on industry trends.
- Support product demonstrations, exhibitions, and technical training sessions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or any related field).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales — preferably in insulation, building materials, or allied industries.
- Strong understanding of polyurethane foam applications or technical materials is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
