A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Sales Converser to drive sales and subscriptions for our B2C internet services. The ideal candidate will engage potential customers through direct conversations (calls, chats, or in-person), effectively communicate our service benefits, and close deals.
- Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers to promote and sell internet service plans.
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits of different internet packages to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Handle objections and inquiries professionally, providing accurate information.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance retention and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales strategies.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (preferably in the ISP or telecom industry).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic technical knowledge of internet services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
- Salary: N150,000 (work from home)
- Transportation Allowance: N75,000
