## Title: Sales and Business Growth Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Sales and Business Growth Executive to drive business development and client acquisition. You will be responsible for developing new business leads, mobilizing deposits, and promoting company products and services to expand our market presence and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain new beneficial business relationships that impact business growth through sales of company offerings
  • Maintain, expand, and improve existing business relationships
  • Work with executives to develop new sales areas and improve sales performance through various methods
  • Research and develop new products
  • Manage deposit mobilization activities
  • Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAM) and submit collated loan applications to the credit management committee for review and approval
  • Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
  • Conduct market surveys to identify industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback to supervisor on field sales activities and market insights
  • Market the company's products to individuals and firms, promoting services that meet customer needs

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 4–6+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization within the financial services or banking sector

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes, and market trends
  • Excellent business networking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

N400,000 - N800,000 Monthly
