Sales / BD Manager at African Industries Group (AIG)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Ogijo. Your primary focus will be to drive sales of refractory products to clients in the steel, ceramics, cement, sugar, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
• 8-10 years of proven experience in sales management within the Cement, Ceramic, Steel, Aluminium, and Chemicals industries
