A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Location: Isefun Ayobo, Lagos
Responsibilities
- To assist shop visitor in reaching their wishful items
- And to assist the shop reaches sales targets
- Assisting the team to achieve shop and individual objectives
- Direct communication with the customer
- Provide customer services including following their claims and bottlenecks
- Maintain store product and operational standards
- Responsible for inventory processes including truck put
- Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
- General stocking including truck stocking and backstock
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- OND / NCE in any discipline
- 0 - 1 years relevant work experience as a supermarket sales attendant.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexible work hours.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic.
