About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and pitch companies to build your client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Source and engage top talent, including passive candidates
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from initial contact through offer stage
- Close deals and execute successful placements
- Develop a robust portfolio of corporate clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with proven academic excellence
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with energy, drive, and determination
- Self-starter mentality with ambition to grow income and impact
- Confidence in cold-calling and genuine listening ability
- Age preference: 21–29 years old
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: ₦150,000 per month
