Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our hospitality team.
- The ideal candidate will promote our hotelservices, build strong client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and engaging potential clients.
- Promote hotel accommodation, restaurant, spa, and event services to guests and corporate clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Housekeeping) to meet guest needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the brand’s standards.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–3years’ experience in sales(hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Proactive, organized, and result-driven.
