Our client, a reputable national pharmacy, is seeking a smart, hardworking, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their dynamic team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate must be energetic, well-presented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers courteously and professionally, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Promote and upsell pharmacy products to meet daily sales targets
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of shelves and counters
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle payments
• Support stock management and inventory updates
• Ensure compliance with store policies and customer care standards

Requirements

• SSCE, OND or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in pharmacy or retail is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on alternate days
