A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Description
  • This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, allowing for a mix of onsite and remote work. As a Sales Associate, you will engage in daily sales activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify potential business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and presenting products or services to potential clients. Providing exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout the sales process will be a critical aspect of this role.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management and client servicing
  • Sales techniques, lead generation, and account management
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in sales or a related role is an advantage
