A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Summary
  • We are hiring a Sales Associate with at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall business development goals of the agency. Prior sales experience is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell travel products and services to clients (flights, hotels, tours, etc.)
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice
  • Manage bookings, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Support the sales team with administrative and client service tasks
  • Identify market trends and report customer feedback to the management
  • Meet set sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to sell and upsell products and close deals
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools.
