About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting our store operations and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, product displays, and stock levels in the store
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through excellent service and support
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Source new sales opportunities
• Support stock control and management
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification
• 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in retail
• Good communication skills
• Strong team player with a friendly and engaging personality
• Helpful and polite demeanor
• Ambitious with a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude
• Must live within close proximity to Mushin or Ipaja
