Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers, providing assistance as needed
• Determine customers' needs and wants, and suggest appropriate products
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise
• Receive and unload new shipments
• Present merchandise in an appealing and organized manner
• Stay up to date with merchandise information, especially new products
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately
• Maintain a clean store environment
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures

Required Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Sales experience (preferred)
