About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to drive revenue and growth for our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to our target market
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed sales
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high client retention and referral rates
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product/service improvement
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events
- Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular, detailed reports to management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Sales and Marketing role
- Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving market penetration
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and revenue drivers
- Competence in CRM software and standard marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms)
- Target-oriented and motivated by commission/revenue-based compensation
