Sales and Marketing Manager at Solar Depot Nigeria

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth in our Abuja region and surrounding areas. You will lead sales efforts for our solar energy products and solutions while developing strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of solar energy products and solutions to businesses, homes, and organizations in Abuja and nearby regions
• Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of ₦100 million
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow regional market share
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B deals
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and after-sales engagement
• Manage and motivate the Abuja sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
• Collaborate with head office to align sales targets, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Preferably experience within the solar, energy, or technology sector
