We are seeking a proactive, versatile, and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our established company. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales growth, penetrate new markets, and ensure consistent delivery of our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the General Manager and proactively identify transient and group opportunities with significant revenue potential
• Manage the entire sales and marketing team, ensuring proper strategy is in place to drive revenue and business continuity
• Organize and participate in site visits, completing all follow-up actions and documentation
• Actively upsell business opportunities to maximize revenue and achieve personal and team-related revenue goals
• Sell, support, and advise on all aspects of events and services offered
• Coordinate, promote, and drive growth of the property's attractions
• Increase brand awareness across all mediums and marketing channels
• Develop lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify guests actively seeking accommodation
• Contact prospects via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements
• Ensure proper handover of business for timely service delivery and drive customer/guest loyalty through excellent service experiences
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel
• Provide guests with available services, pricing information, and offer discounts when appropriate
• Assist clients in selecting services that best meet their specifications and needs
• Oversee hotel booking and reservation systems to ensure availability and proper arrangement of space
• Enhance customer relationships and grow accounts for the company
