Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Sales Force Consulting is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to expand sales volumes and strengthen market presence in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales efforts to meet and exceed set targets
• Develop and implement strategies to establish effective market presence for product lines across Nigeria
• Identify and acquire new customers while managing relationships with existing clients
• Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to monitor market activities and marketing strategies
• Address all prospect and customer inquiries professionally
• Drive sales volume growth to achieve organizational targets
• Supervise and manage team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of steel products from established companies
• Knowledge of the wrought iron market segment
• Age requirement: Less than 45 years
