Sales and Marketing Executive at MacTay Consulting

Position Overview

This position involves sales and marketing activities, promotions, events, and training programs to optimize the performance of the company's distributor network. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales & Marketing Executive works to strengthen the connection between the company and its distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders to drive product awareness and loyalty
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities for distributors and retail partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and wellness programs to promote brand visibility and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, digital content, and promotional tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies, marketing ethics, and health industry regulations
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and executing strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Previous experience working in a health or pharmaceutical company
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven success in building and managing effective marketing strategies
