Job Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our established company. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base. Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.
Location
Okota Road, Isolo, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to achieve sales targets
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services and communicate their value to customers
Marketing
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers and increase brand awareness
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.)
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Shared Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to achieve business objectives
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and marketing processes, products, and services
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
