About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Enrollment Lead to oversee the entire sales and enrollment process, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on sales expertise to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and manage sales and enrollment targets in alignment with organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and enrollment team to achieve set objectives
- Define and implement sales strategies across inbound, outbound, and partnership channels
- Oversee the enrollment funnel — from lead qualification and follow-ups to closing and onboarding
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and program teams to align offers, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Develop sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and team training materials
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
- Continuously review and optimize the sales and enrollment process to maximize conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in education, EdTech, consulting, or professional training services is an advantage
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a high-performing team
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in sales tools and reporting systems
